The Boss will be celebrated on December 6th at The annual Kennedy Center Honors Gala by President and Mrs. Obama. The show will air on CBS on December 29th. The Kennedy Center press release was quoted as saying, “With his gritty and honest songs that speak to the everyman, Bruce Springsteen has always had his finger on the pulse of America”. Robert DeNiro, Mel Brooks, Dave Brubeck and some opera singer will also be honored.
